Job Description - Sr. Business Development Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development / Sales Leader with a strong background in selling Product Engineering Services across global markets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving end -to -end sales, building strategic client relationships, and closing large enterprise deals across the US, UK, and EU regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end -to -end business development activities including pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, proposal management, and deal closure
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise customers
  • Engage with CXO, VP, Director, and Engineering leadership stakeholders to understand business challenges and position relevant solutions
  • Build and expand relationships with customers across Data Center Products, Enterprise/SaaS, Networking & Security, Telecom, and related domains
  • Collaborate with delivery, pre -sales, and marketing teams to create winning value propositions and proposals
  • Own revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth strategy
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and account expansion strategies
  • Lead strategic outreach initiatives and drive high -value customer engagements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in selling Product Engineering Services in one or more of the following domains:
    - Data Center Products

    - Enterprise/SaaS Platforms
    - Networking & Security
    - Telecom

  • Strong understanding of technologies such as:
    - Networking & Security
    - Cloud & Virtualization
    - IoT
    - Telecom
    - AI/ML

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales within US markets; existing customer network is highly preferred
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast -paced, growth -oriented environment
  • Strong consultative selling and account management capabilities
