Sr. Engineer Scan to BIM (MEP)

Job Summary:

We’re
seeking a skilled MEP BIM Engineer to develop and manage accurate BIM models,
ensuring coordination across all building services and alignment with architectural
and structural elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create
  and manage MEP BIM models from design or as-built data.
  
• Coordinate
  MEP services with other disciplines in a BIM environment.
  
• Prepare
  detailed models (various LODs) and shop drawings.
  
• Conduct
  clash detection and prepare reports.
  
• Support
  the team in project delivery and coordination tasks.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree
  in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  
• Proficiency
  in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks.
  
• Strong
  understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows.
  
• Scan
  to BIM / Point Cloud conversion skills preferred.
  
• Experience
  with Dynamo is a plus.
  
• Familiarity
  with US projects is preferred.
