Sr. Executive - Application Support

Key Responsibilities: 

We are looking for proactive and customer-focused Application Support Executives to support CSC Travel's digital travel platforms and operational systems. The selected candidates will be responsible for monitoring applications, resolving user issues, coordinating with internal technical teams, and ensuring smooth day-to day platform operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting abilities, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced support environment. Candidates with prior exposure to travel platforms or enterprise support operations will be preferred. 

1.  Provide functional and technical support in React , DotNet , Java , MySQL etc technologies for travel applications and booking platforms.
   

2. Monitor applications and ensure smooth day-to-day operational performance.
   

3. Handle user queries, issue logging, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution.
   

4. Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for issue escalation and resolution.
   

5. Track incidents, bugs, and system performance issues.
   

6. Assist in deployment support, UAT coordination, and release activities.
   

7. Support API integration monitoring and operational troubleshooting.
   

8. Maintain proper issue documentation, reports, and escalation logs.
   

9. Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and support processes.
   

10. Provide support for payment, booking, and transaction-related operational issues.
    

11. Assist business and operational teams during critical incidents or service interruptions.
    

12. Participate in process improvement and operational optimization initiatives.
    

1. Basic understanding of web applications, APIs, and software systems Knowledge of application support processes and incident management.
   

2. Familiarity with ticketing and issue tracking systems.
   

3. Understanding of databases and troubleshooting concepts is an advantage.
   

4. Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues efficiently.
   

1. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
   

2. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
   

3. Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
   

4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
   

1. BCA,MCA , Btech MTech in Engineering
   

2. 2–6 years of relevant application or technical support experience preferred
   

3. Prior exposure to travel platforms or transactional systems will be preferred.
   

4. Experience supporting enterprise applications or digital platforms in Java, DotNet, React ,Kafka , Redis etc. technologies.
   

5. Familiarity with travel booking or ticketing systems.
   

6. Understanding of payment gateway or API-based systems.
   

7. Experience working in SLA-driven support environments.
   

8. Exposure to production support operations.
