The role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations of all physical aspects of the building, creating, and sustaining safe and productive environment through effective vendor management and ensuring highest standards in end-to-end user experience. Sr. Facility Management Supervisor will be responsible for handling facilities, real estate, and renewable energy projects. The role also encompasses management of enabler services like Housekeeping/Transport/ Cafeteria/ Workspace Management as applicable

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end facility project management, real estate projects management and energy projects from planning and execution till financial closure in collaboration with business and leadership team in attaining cost efficiency.
• Responsible for deployment of latest technology features for improvement of facility and enhancement to the next level 
• Ensures systematic processes like Six Sigma, Honeywell operating systems (HOS) analysis and resolution of technical issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Handling BMS (Building Management system) operations for all locations to ensure system functionality as desired. 
• Design validation of HVAC (Heat Ventilation and Air conditioning), Electrical, FHS (Fire Hydrant System), FAPA (Fire Alarm and public address system) system for add on projects.
• Responsible for both internal and external quality audits related to facility, will take necessary corrective action, and ensure closures.
• Evaluation and Identification of new vendors based on defined parameters such as technical performance analysis, skill, and safety compliance etc. in collaboration with SCM team.
• Attends to internal customer issues raised and ensures quick and effective resolutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible for the health of the facility and equipment preventive maintenance ensuring proper usage and service as per manufactures requirements. 
• Monitors, guides and trains vendors and partners in efficient facility upkeep and management
• Ensures Site Safety, including adherence to site safety Manual, reporting near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement, conducts hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures in collaboration with HSE team.
• Ensures HSE procedures are implemented in day-to-day activities and ensures that improvement recommendations are closed within defined timelines

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor of Engineering in any discipline with 10-12 years of relevant experience (mechanical, electrical and mechatronics)
• Diploma in engineering with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience 
• Demonstrated experience in progressively challenging and responsible roles.
• Overall strong Technical and admin Knowledge in facility operations, and real estate projects
