Preparation of Offer Letter/Appointment letter / NDA / Reliving letter / Experience Letter.
Provide New Joiner Bio Metric/Smart office mobile application/ Device code/Existing employees contact list.
Assets requisition form filled up for new Joiner & take approval from concern HOD & same form given to IT Person
Completetion of all On Boarding & Joining Formalities (Introduction, Induction, Training, prepare Checklist, Gratuity Form, PF Form & Training Schedule Programme)
To give awareness of amended policies to employees.
Data Management of New Employees & Maintaing Personal Files
New Joinee - background verification on call/Email
Bank Account Opening for New Employees - APL Group
After Resignation of employees, last day working of employee give exit form & complete exit formalities.
Assist to Sabina /Jyotee/Pandey Sir
Handle receptiona Area at the time of Lunch & absences of Sabina
Check housekeeping cleaning activities day to day & keep record of this checklist/ time etc.
Check Pantry area/Work Station Cleaning/Meetings Room - Every 15 days & keep record of this checklist/ time etc.
APL Techno - Petty Expenses vouchers verify
Coordinate with Cultural Committee for Employee engagement activities
Assist to Jyotee/Pandey Sir
SECONDARY (Weekly/Monthly Activities)
Inward & Outward entry bills that handed over to Various dept. (In absence of Sabina)
Compeletion of all Quarterly & Probationery Review Formalities
Clear Billing formalities of New Joines through Recruitement Agency .
TERTIARY (Yearly Activities)
AMC/Consultancy/ agency - agreement Renewable - Naukri, Recruitment agency etc.
Coordinate with vendors for Order Companies Uniform.
Job location - Santacruz, Mumbai - office job - Saturdays are working
Salary - 20 - 30000 per month in hand
Exp - 3 - 5 years
