The Site Execution professional plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of construction projects by overseeing all on-site activities with precision, safety, and efficiency. This role is responsible for interpreting GFC drawings, managing labor and resources, and maintaining strict adherence to quality, safety (HSE), and cost control standards. The individual will lead daily site operations, ensure timely execution of structural works, and maintain accurate documentation to support project transparency and accountability. Success in this role directly impacts project timelines, budget compliance, and overall project quality.
Responsibilities:
Interpret GFC drawings and execute works as per project specifications and design details.
Plot line-level layouts for accurate construction alignment and setup.
Supervise on-site construction activities, assign tasks to laborers, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare material schedules and maintain detailed records of material consumption and usage.
Generate and maintain daily progress reports, checklists, quality reports, and other execution-related documentation.
Implement cost control measures to minimize wastage during site operations.
Develop and share daily work charts in coordination with the site team lead.
Conduct thorough inspections of steel-shuttering works for columns, slabs, beams, and other RCC elements.
Verify and arrange equipment and resources prior to concreting activities.
Supervise and monitor the curing process to ensure structural integrity.
Document all casting activities and miscellaneous site works with accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering.
8–14 years of hands-on experience in site execution, structural works, and finishing in the construction industry.
Proven ability to interpret and implement GFC drawings with high accuracy.
Strong experience in labor management, site supervision, and team coordination.
Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance, safety (HSE), and zero-wastage construction practices.
Proficient in preparing daily reports, work charts, and material tracking documents.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
