Sr. Software Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Software Sales Manager to drive end-to-end sales of software and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SaaS, ERP, Business Process Automation, RPA and AI-driven solutions, along with a proven track record of revenue generation and enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closure and post-sales coordination.
  
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and B2B clients.
  
• Drive sales of SaaS, ERP, Business Process Automation, RPA, AI, Gen AI and AI Agent solutions.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  
• Understand client business requirements and present relevant software/technology solutions.
  
• Conduct product presentations, solution discussions, commercial negotiations and deal closures.
  
• Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts and revenue targets.
  
• Generate new revenue through strategic prospecting, partnerships and account development.
  
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product and delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning and client engagement.
  
• Track market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in Software Sales / SaaS Sales / Enterprise Sales / IT Sales.
  
• Proven experience in end-to-end sales and revenue generation.
  
• Strong understanding of SaaS, ERP, Business Process Automation and RPA.
  
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI and AI Agents will be an advantage.
  
• Strong B2B/enterprise sales and client relationship management skills.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
  
• Ability to manage the sales pipeline independently and achieve revenue targets.
  
• Experience working with CXO-level and senior business stakeholders.
