Job Description - Sr. Stores Executive

Senior Executive – Stores

Company: ideaForge Technology Limited

Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience: 5–10 Years

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Job Responsibilities:

Manage material inward, verification, GRN processing and put-away.

Maintain inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, bin locations and rack labelling.

Issue materials and kits to production as per BOM and production plans.

Handle SAP/ERP transactions, stock transfers and inventory adjustments.

Conduct cycle counts, stock reconciliation and inventory audits.

Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality and Planning teams.

Prepare inventory MIS reports and maintain 5S/6S standards.

Requirements

Required Skills: SAP/ERP, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, MS Excel, Pivot Tables, Kanban and Team Coordination.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
