• We are looking for a Technical Writer with 6 years of experience for a full-time hybrid role based in Pune.

• Create user guides, how-to guides, and FAQs.
• Review and improve existing technical documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and validate technical details.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Communications, English, or a related field 
• Mandatory experience in Financial or Fintech Domain.
• 6+ years of experience writing software documentation
• Good understanding of software concepts, architectures, and processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on grammar, technical accuracy, and consistency
• Ability to effectively manage time and workload
• Ability to collaborate with Cross Functional Teams
• Experience with single source authoring tools such as Madcap Flare.
• Experience with image capture tools such as Snagit.
