As the global leader in Wireless WAN connectivity, we are expanding rapidly and enabling secure, reliable enterprise networking solutions worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Regulatory Technical Program Manager to lead global certification and compliance programs, ensuring products meet regulatory requirements and are successfully launched across international markets.

What You Will Do

• Lead global regulatory compliance and product certification projects.


• Develop certification strategies, project plans, timelines, and cost estimates.


• Track project milestones, manage risks, and drive mitigation plans.


• Ensure compliance with global EMC, Safety, Radio, and market-specific regulations.


• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on current and future products.


• Coordinate testing, certification activities, documentation, and regulatory submissions.


• Partner with R&D, Product Management, Operations, and ODMs to align technical and regulatory requirements.


• Work with certification labs, external partners, and regulatory agencies to achieve approvals.


• Maintain project documentation and provide regular stakeholder updates.


• Drive continuous improvement of regulatory processes and best practices.

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years of experience in wireless regulatory compliance, EMC, and product safety certification.


• Strong knowledge of FCC, CE, ISED, UKCA, and other global regulatory requirements.


• Experience leading technical programs or cross-functional projects.


• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• High attention to detail with a strong ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.


• Experience with enterprise networking, cellular, wireless, or IoT products.


• Familiarity with certification labs, testing processes, and ODM/manufacturing models.


• Experience improving and scaling regulatory compliance processes.
