Senior HR Recruiter – ELV Sector

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter with strong knowledge of ELV/Technical Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for engineers, technicians, site staff and corporate positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.

  
  


• 
  

  Recruit ELV/BMS/CCTV/Fire Alarm/Access Control/Networking technical manpower.

  
  


• 
  

  Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies and campus hiring.

  
  


• 
  

  Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate technical interviews and selection processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage manpower requirements with Project/Site teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database and hiring trackers.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with candidates for offer acceptance and joining.

  
  


• 
  

  Support bulk hiring and campus recruitment.

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely vacancy closure.Required SkillsTechnical / Professional Skills

  
  
  
  
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes.
  
  
  • Understanding of ELV / BMS / CCTV / Fire Alarm / Access Control / Networking / Structured Cabling / Fiber Optic profiles.
  
  
  • Good resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
  
  
  • Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
  
  
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  
  
  • Recruitment MIS and reporting skills.
  
  
  • Interview coordination and salary negotiation skills.
