Sr.Sales Excecutive-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Marketing Branches Operations

Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing Gold Loan customers, achieving business targets, generating leads, and ensuring smooth loan processing while maintaining customer relationships and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new Gold Loan customers through field sourcing.


• Achieve assigned business targets.


• Assist customers with loan application and documentation.


• Coordinate for gold valuation and loan disbursement.


• Build relationships with customers and referral partners.


• Ensure compliance and excellent customer service.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.


• 1-2 years of sales experience (Banking/NBFC/Finance preferred).


• Good communication and customer handling skills.


• Target-driven and willing to travel locally.
