Job Description – Staff Nurse – Critical Care / Heart & Lung Transplant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients in Critical Care and Heart & Lung Transplant units.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and continuous monitoring of critical-care patients.
  
• Assist doctors during procedures and emergency interventions.
  
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes in patient condition.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  
• Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
  
• Follow ICU, infection-control, and patient-safety protocols.
  
• Coordinate with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  

Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
  
• 2+ years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in Critical Care / ICU / Transplant.
  
• Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
  
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  
• Willingness to work in a critical-care environment.
