Job Description: Sterling Admin Trainee (Fresher)

About the Role

We are hiring a Sterling Admin Trainee (Fresher) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate to start their career in system administration, with training provided on Linux/Unix systems and Sterling tools. No prior experience needed — just the right attitude and basic technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Help maintain and monitor servers on a daily basis
  
• Learn to manage users, files, and permissions on Linux/Unix systems
  
• Support the team in checking system logs and reporting issues
  
• Assist senior team members in basic troubleshooting
  
• Learn to use Sterling Integrator/B2B tools with training and guidance
  
• Maintain simple documentation of tasks performed
  
• Coordinate with other teams for issue resolution
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  
• Minimum 70% aggregate marks in academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation)
  
• Freshers welcome
  

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix (commands, file permissions)
  
• Good communication skills
