STIBO MDM Consultant / Support Engineer

We are looking for a STIBO MDM Consultant / Support Engineer with hands-on experience in the Stibo STEP platform and Master Data Management operations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting functional processes, supplier master data, interface monitoring, data quality, and incident resolution within the STIBO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with Stibo STEP (STIBO) platform and support functional MDM processes.


• Manage and support Supplier Area activities, including supplier-related master data processes.


• Perform MDM operational activities, including mass data changes, data updates, validation, and maintenance.


• Monitor outbound interfaces and data flows to ensure successful synchronization with downstream systems.


• Analyze interface failures, data issues, and synchronization problems and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.


• Handle incidents, service requests, and functional troubleshooting related to STIBO MDM.


• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring data and application issues.


• Support data quality checks and ensure master data consistency across systems.


• Coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams for issue resolution and process improvements.


• Maintain operational documentation, issue logs, and support procedures.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with Stibo STEP / STIBO MDM.


• Experience in STIBO Supplier Area and supplier master data processes.


• Strong understanding of MDM operations and mass data changes.


• Experience with interface monitoring and data flow management.


• Good functional troubleshooting and incident management skills.


• Ability to work with technical teams for issue analysis and resolution.

Good to Have

• Experience with enterprise data integration and downstream systems.


• Knowledge of data quality and master data governance.


• Experience working in production support / application support environments.


• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

3–8 years of overall experience with relevant hands-on experience in STIBO STEP / MDM.
