Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as per operational standards.
  
• Manage daily retail sales activities and customer interactions.
  
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
  
• Handle billing and basic computer -based store operations.
  
• Monitor stock movement and report replenishment needs.
  
• Assist customers with product selection and purchases.
  
• Ensure smooth day -to -day store functioning.
  
• Support achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  

Required Skills

• Retail Sales – Ability to convert walk -in customers into buyers.
  
• Store Operations – Knowledge of daily retail store management.
  
• Computer Knowledge – Basic system operation and billing activities.
  
• Reading Skills – Ability to understand product and operational information.
  
• Customer Service – Professional customer handling and communication.
  

Preferred Skills

• Inventory management exposure
  
• Cash handling experience
  
• Product merchandising knowledge
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 2–3 years of experience in retail sales and store operations. Experience handling store opening and closing procedures and customer -facing retail environments is mandatory.

Education

• Minimum: Typical – Any Degree / Diploma
  
• Preferred: Retail -related qualification
  
• Additional: Basic computer certification preferred
