• Manage day -to -day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
  

• Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
  

• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver high performance
  

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively
  

• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and minimize shrinkage
  

• Implement visual merchandising and brand guidelines
  

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
  

• Coordinate with warehouse, vendors, and HO teams when required
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
  

• Strong leadership and people management skills
  

• Good communication and customer -handling skills
  

• Sales -driven mindset with analytical abilities
  

• Knowledge of inventory management and billing systems
  

• Basic computer skills (POS, MS Excel, reports)
  

Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in retail / store operations
  

• Experience in fashion, FMCG, electronics, lifestyle, or similar retail preferred
  

• As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
  

• 6 days working
  

• Rotational shifts as per store operations
