Job Description - Store Manager (Psj007/A)

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily retail store operations. The role includes managing sales performance, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and achieving monthly sales targets. The Store Manager will also be responsible for store presentation, staff training, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in retail sales or store management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good communication and customer handling ability

Experience in achieving sales targets and managing store performance

Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management

Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
