Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a retail management role

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and merchandising
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyze sales and financial data
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning
• Experience in recruiting, training, and developing retail staff
• Thorough understanding of customer service principles
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using retail management software and related tools
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a retail environment
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Certification in Retail Management is a plus
