Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for our retail apparel brand in Borivali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Managing inventory and merchandising to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize store performance.
Training and coaching staff to ensure high levels of product knowledge and customer service.
Monitoring store performance metrics and preparing reports for management.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management, preferably in apparel.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
