Job Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a footwear retail store. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and maximizing profitability. The role requires leadership, effective communication, and a strong understanding of retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the store team.
Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory and merchandising.
Ensure store operations align with company policies.

Qualifications:
