As a BDM, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, creating a high-performance sales team, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Expansion:
Lead the end-to-end business development efforts for Papilio, targeting mid-sized to large enterprises, with a focus on automating and streamlining office operations.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance goals and cultivate a results-driven sales culture.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, including lead generation, client engagement, product positioning, and closing deals.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets, and track key performance metrics to evaluate business growth.
Market Intelligence:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and strategic partners to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
