Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities 
• Oversee and manage the supplies database: on-hand quantities, average usage, lead times, min/max levels
• Tracking inventory and addressing supply issues
• Supply ordering: generating PO’s, ordering via phone or online
• Recv, put-away, pick, ship, processing cycle counts and defective stock setups
• Administering, monitoring, and enforcement of Kanban protocol
• Management of 3PL program
• Provide support on consignment program maintenance and control
• Shipping items to other facilities
• Propose, monitor and enforce 5S guidelines, OFI’s, policies and procedures

● Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
● Completes work under moderate supervision
● Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
● Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
● Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions

Education/Experience
Typically requires a 2 year degree and 3–5 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience. May require specific certifications.
