Strategy and Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Strategy and Operations Lead with 1-2 years of management consulting experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and support decision-making processes that align with our business goals.

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning and Analysis:

• Analyze campaign data to evaluate effectiveness and generate detailed reports.


• Present findings to senior management with actionable insights for strategy adjustments.


• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.


• Analyzing business performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilizing SQL and Python to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets.


• Developing and maintaining data pipelines and automated workflows using SQL and Python scripts.


• Supporting data-driven decision-making through advanced analytical techniques and statistical modeling.

Requirements :

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in Management Consulting / Analytics or any other relevant field.


• Good experience in SQL and Python. 


• High reliability and attention to detail


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
