As an Advisory - Strategy& Value Creation - Working Capital - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to drive strategic initiatives within our Deals practice. You will focus on enhancing working capital management, providing insights that help clients optimize their financial operations. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams. You will build meaningful client connections and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, guiding and mentoring others while maintaining professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex deal strategies to support client engagements in value creation
- Conducting financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate business plans and acquisition strategies
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic planning and competitive analysis
- Evaluating industry trends and market research to identify opportunities for corporate development and post-merger integration
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for customer due diligence and financial risk analysis
- Collaborating with teams to enhance deal structures and optimize value creation initiatives
- Utilizing Capital IQ and other analytical tools to support financial statement analysis and competitive advantage assessments
- Guiding teams in the execution of M&A strategies and product analysis to drive business growth
- Building meaningful client connections and fostering intellectual curiosity to navigate complex business environments
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
