INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking Structural Engineer to join our dynamic Wellhead and Skids Solutions team. This role is pivotal in supporting Modular Skid Packages, Wellhead Control Panels, and Pressure Regulation Systems to enhance the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas systems. What You’ll Lead and Deliver 

  • Support the preparation and review of structural designs, calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Perform structural analysis and design of industrial structures, platforms, supports, foundations, steel structures, and related facilities.
  • Ensure structural designs comply with applicable engineering codes, standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Review structural drawings to verify structural integrity, dimensions, materials, connections, and constructability.
  • Prepare structural calculations, design reports, material take-offs, and other project-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with consultants and engineering disciplines to obtain and review structural drawings and design inputs.
  • Apply relevant local and international structural engineering standards in project design and execution.
  • Support the checking and review of structural calculations, drawings, and design deliverables, incorporating comments and observations.
  • Review and coordinate civil and structural drawings, including foundation layouts, equipment foundations, structural supports, platforms, and related details.
  • Assist in the preparation and standardization of structural specifications, drawings, templates, and engineering documents.
  • Review vendor drawings, technical documents, and structural information for compliance with project requirements.
  • Support technical evaluation of vendor submissions and assist in reviewing bids where required.
  • Coordinate with site personnel to identify, investigate, and resolve structural and construction-related issues.
  • Participate in constructability, operability, and maintainability reviews and ensure relevant requirements are incorporated into the design.
  • Conduct site visits for field verification, measurements, and data collection for existing and new facilities.
  • Support the preparation of engineering documents required for construction, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating as-built drawings and documents based on project modifications and site changes.
  • Maintain awareness of applicable technical requirements, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
  • Work closely with structural designers, draftsmen, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Provide technical support during project execution and assist senior engineers in resolving design and site-related challenges.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, preferably within industrial, EPC, oil & gas, petrochemical, or infrastructure projects.
  • Basic knowledge of structural analysis and design of steel and reinforced concrete structures.
  • Familiarity with relevant structural design codes and engineering standards.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing structural drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
  • Working knowledge of engineering/design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of structural connections, foundations, equipment supports, platforms, and industrial structures will be an advantage.
  • Good coordination, communication, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
  • Willingness to undertake site visits and field verification activities as required.
