McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Tax Operations (U.S. Direct & Transfer Pricing). This role supports the execution of U.S. direct tax and transfer pricing activities, including income tax compliance, data analysis, and documentation support. The Supervisor will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with U.S. tax regulations. This position reports to the Manager, Tax Operations (Global Indirect). 

The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, India.

Duties

• Collect and analyze tax data to support tax compliance calculations and tax reporting deliverables. 


• Maintain and manage tax filing calendar and project management associate with direct tax compliance and reporting processes. 


• Assist in preparation of routine tax calculations for federal, state, and US International income tax filings, including estimated payments and supporting schedules. 


• Support intercompany transaction calculations and generate transfer pricing documentation.


• Understand and support compliance with policies. 


• Understand, revise and update transfer pricing models.


• Collaborate with enterprise tax teams and market stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely deliverables. 


• Identify and escalate data gaps or anomalies that may impact compliance or reporting quality. 


• Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance with corporate income tax laws and transfer pricing regulations.? 


• Collaborate with GBS Tax Operations Lead, Global Tax Process Lead and Market Tax teams to develop and implement standardized procedures and controls to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the tax compliance process.? 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 


• General knowledge of U.S. tax compliance, ASC 740, and U.S. and OECD transfer pricing regulations & guidance. 


• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in transfer pricing, tax operations or related financial functions. 


• English Proficiency (written and verbal ILR Level 4). 


• Experience with tax compliance and provision software and Oracle Cloud. 


• Strong communication and analytical skills. 


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 


• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.
