Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee end -to -end warehouse and supply chain operations to ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods.
2. Plan and optimize inventory levels to maintain stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
3. Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
4. Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and vendor partners to ensure timely delivery and distribution.
5. Monitor and improve warehouse performance through KPIs, process optimization, and cost control.
6. Implement and manage WMS/ERP systems for accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
7. Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
8. Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Lead and train warehouse and supply chain teams to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
10. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
Requirements
1. Experience in warehouse sourcing, supply expansion, logistics, or infrastructure roles is preferred.
2. Strong communication and relationship -building skills.
3. Ability to manage vendor relationships, transportation partners, and third -party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
4. Strong problem -solving and decision -making skills to handle operational challenges and improve supply chain efficiency.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams, coordinate across departments, and ensure effective execution of operations.
Qualification: MBA or Related Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
