Job Summary

We
are looking for a proactive System Engineer / Network Engineer to support
day -to -day IT operations. The role involves user account management, IT asset
allocation, system troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate IT trackers to
ensure smooth business operations.

Key
Responsibilities

·        Create, modify, and manage user accounts for employees and doctors
(Email, Active Directory, O365, applications)

·        Assign and manage IT assets such as laptops, desktops, monitors, and
accessories

·        Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops,
printers, and networks

·        Provide timely end -user IT support and issue resolution

·        Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks

·        Maintain and update IT asset, user access, and issue trackers

·        Coordinate with internal teams

·        Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards

Required Skills
& Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

·        Experience in system administration and end -user support

·        Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting

·        Good communication, documentation, and problem -solving skills

Preferred Skills

·        Experience with ticketing tools and asset management systems

·        Exposure to corporate or healthcare IT environments
