- Direct Sourcing: Identify passive top-tier talent using advanced Boolean searches and headhunting for niche technical requirements.
Stakeholder & Account Management
- Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements and cultural nuances.
- Demand Forecasting: Translate feedback into actionable hiring plans to prepare for upcoming project demands.
Candidate Lifecycle & Negotiation
- Candidate Care: Monitor the journey from screening to onboarding to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Expert Negotiation: Lead salary negotiations to balance budget constraints with market benchmarks.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate with HR and IT to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Operational Excellence & Tech Mastery
- CRM Optimization: Leverage the Zoho ecosystem to automate manual tasks and ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Reporting: Provide real-time updates on team performance, pipeline health, and closing statistics.
