  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical talent, including passive candidate engagement
  • Drive inclusive, equitable, and consistent interview processes aligned with company standards

Stakeholder & Process Leadership

  • Act as a liaison between Engineering, Finance, HR, and Legal to ensure alignment on approvals, compensation, and compliance
  • Provide guidance on job leveling, role alignment, and market considerations

  • Represent DDN’s culture, mission, and values throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with leadership to enhance DDN’s engineering employer brand

Mentorship & TA Enablement

  • Serve as a mentor and subject-matter expert for other recruiters and TA team members
  • Share best practices in sourcing, stakeholder management, and complex offer execution
  • Support TA initiatives, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications
