Talent Acquisition

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media)
  
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable profiles
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  
• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements
  
• Support HR team in organizing career fairs, campus drives, and hiring events
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  
• Help maintain hiring -related reports and documentation
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (BCom)
  
• Strong interest in human resources and recruitment
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  
• Detail -oriented, organized, and willing to learn
  
• Ability to work in a fast -paced and collaborative environment
