Talent Acquisition Executive

We are urgently
looking for Talent Acquisition Executive for Cochin Location

Job
Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct recruitment
drives and selection processes (end to end recruitment)

Develop and update job
descriptions and job specifications for sourcing relevant profiles

Responsible to screen
candidates resumes and job applications with regards to relevant knowledge,
technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

Sourcing candidates through
internal Database, Job portals, Social Networks.

Initial screening by
understanding their competencies

Thorough coordination with
candidates, panel and clients.

Regular follow -up with
candidates for all levels of interview till onboarding of offered candidates

Organize and manage new
employee orientation, on boarding, and training programs

Requirements

Our requirements:

Minimum 1 -3 years experience
in recruitment

Strong understanding of
recruitment processes

Experience in recruiting
candidates

Strong knowledge of
candidate selection methods

Knowledge & experience
in sourcing candidates using various methods

Ability to research and
develop recruiting leads

Should be able to close open
position requirements within the set time -frame

Excellent Verbal and Written
Communications
