We are hiring an International Recruiter to manage end -to -end hiring for Europe and GCC. The role includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and handling deployment and onboarding. You will work across white -collar and blue -collar roles, support high -volume hiring, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of international recruitment experience.

• Experience hiring for Europe and GCC markets.

• Knowledge of compensation, visa rules, and labor norms in these regions.

• Ability to meet monthly onboarding targets.

• Experience in both white -collar and blue -collar recruitment.

• Good communication skills and strong coordination ability.

• Experience using ATS tools like Zoho Recruit and LinkedIn Recruiter.
