Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients across various industries. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to source, screen, and select the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans to meet those needs

- Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals

- Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiations and onboarding

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and make recommendations for continuous improvement

- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and assist with onboarding and orientation processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques

- Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus

- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
