Job Description - Talent & Culture Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department, design and implement company systems, and establish a robust Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting up HR processes from scratch and will play a critical role in scaling our rapidly growing company.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy Development: Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Tersus Energy's mission and business objectives.

ATS Setup and Management: Lead the implementation and management of an ATS and automations to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.

Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding to attract top talent in the renewable energy sector.

Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and support their professional growth.

Performance Management: Design and manage performance evaluation systems to drive high performance and employee engagement.

HR Operations: Establish and maintain efficient HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.

Culture Building: Promote a culture of innovation, sustainability, and customer -centricity across the organization.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

Skills:

Proven experience in setting up and managing ATS and other digital services for the organization.
Strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast -paced environment.
Experience in the renewable energy or technology sectors is an advantage.
