Job Description - Talent & Culture Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department, design and implement company systems, and establish a robust Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting up HR processes from scratch and will play a critical role in scaling our rapidly growing company.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy Development: Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Tersus Energy's mission and business objectives.
  • ATS Setup and Management: Lead the implementation and management of an ATS and automations to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding to attract top talent in the renewable energy sector.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and support their professional growth.
  • Performance Management: Design and manage performance evaluation systems to drive high performance and employee engagement.
  • HR Operations: Establish and maintain efficient HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Culture Building: Promote a culture of innovation, sustainability, and customer -centricity across the organization.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing ATS and other digital services for the organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast -paced environment.
  • Experience in the renewable energy or technology sectors is an advantage.
