Talent Solution Architect

We are looking for an Talent Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience in HR/Talent consulting, managed services, outsourcing, or transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing end-to-end Talent solutions across Talent Acquisition, RPO, Talent Management, Learning, Skills, Workforce Administration, Employee Experience, and HR Shared Services.

The role involves leading complex solutioning initiatives, developing target operating models, delivery structures, staffing plans, transition strategies, pricing inputs, and business cases, and supporting client workshops and presentations.

Candidates should have experience leveraging Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, or similar HR technology platforms. Exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, digital assistants, and AI-enabled Talent solutions is highly desirable.

Strong consulting, commercial acumen, executive stakeholder management, transformation planning, and cross-functional leadership skills are essential. Global delivery and managed services experience will be an added advantage.
