We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Team Assistant**
**In this role, you will:**
+ Monitor manager's emails, calendar, in his/her absence and deal with issue when can be solved straight away.
+ Look after appointment calendars, meetings and travel arrangements as well as event planning when needed.
+ Ensure corporate guidelines, policies and procedures are adhered with regards to travel bookings.
+ Ensure all approvals are processed on time including fusion, eureka requests, human resource hiring approvals and travel authorizations.
+ Prepare and submit expense claims chase pending approvals and documents.
+ Prepare powerpoint presentations and excel templates.
+ Proof reading handles confidential matters and material in a discrete manner.
+ Assist in preparing, collating and distributing meeting materials (presentations, agendas, minutes).
+ Support the business management team in arranging team events.
**To be successful you will:**
+ At least 3-5 years' full-time experience in supporting a senior executive with administration support with bachelor's degree.
+ Must possess the ability to work with senior managers across the group.
+ Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in outlook, word and excel.
+ Experience in diary management, travel management and email management.
+ Excellent attention to details and proficiency in microsoft office.
+ High level of competency in communication, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills.
+ Work well under pressure and have ability to prioritize and multitask.
+ Excellent planning & organizational skills, investment product knowledge would be advantage.
