Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Zoho consultants and developers, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
  


• Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget, using project management best practices.
  


• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.
  


• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables through rigorous testing and review processes.
  


• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Zoho applications and integrations.
  


• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for the adoption and optimization of Zoho solutions within client organizations.
  


• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate reports for stakeholders.
  


• Training and Development: Mentor team members and conduct training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  


• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
  


• R&D and Industry Solutions Building: Drive research and development efforts and create innovative industry-specific solutions.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing successful teams.
  


• Expertise in Zoho applications, including CRM, Books, Creator, Projects, and Desk.
  


• Strong project management skills with experience in planning and executing complex projects.
  


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  


• Problem-solving abilities to address technical and operational challenges.
  


• Knowledge of API integrations and workflow automation.
  


• Ability to generate and interpret reports and dashboards.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho certifications in relevant applications.
  


• Experience in a similar leadership role within a technology or consulting firm.
  


• Familiarity with industry-specific solutions and best practices.
