Job Description - Team Lead Projects & Business Development

Senior business development role focused on driving project sales in passive fire protection (PFP), especially in data centres and high -compliance sectors.

* Build relationships with fire consultants, MEP firms, and developers

* Drive product specifications in large projects (data centres, pharma, hospitals, commercial)

* Manage project pipeline and convert opportunities into orders

* Conduct technical presentations and client meetings

* Lead and mentor BD team members

* Track projects from design stage to execution

Requirements

* 3–5 years in fire protection / MEP / building services / data centres

* Strong network with consultants or MEP firms in Mumbai

* Knowledge of fire safety standards (NBC, BS EN)

* Strong communication, technical, and leadership skills
