Team Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
and result-oriented Team Lead to manage and drive a sales team in the
SIP/Mutual Fund investment domain. The ideal candidate should have strong
team-handling, sales, customer relationships, and leadership skills, along with
a good understanding of SIPs and investment products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and
  motivate the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.
  
• Drive mutual fund sales, SIP registrations, and
  customer acquisition.
  
• Manage
  leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer onboarding.
  
• Monitor
  team performance, sales pipeline, and conversion rates.
  
• Train the
  team on product pitching, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  
• Handle key
  customers and support the team in closing high-value leads.
  
• Develop
  strategies to improve sales conversion and team productivity.
  
• Maintain
  daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance dashboards.
  
• Build and
  maintain strong customer relationships for long-term investments.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Wealth
  Management, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or FinTech.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling and
  sales leadership.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, convincing, and
  closing skills.
  
• Good understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, and
  investment products.
  
• Strong customer relationship and team management
  skills.
