Team Leader - Asset Management Company

• Managing Team and overall responsibility of RMs
  
• Run the designated relationships with sales agenda of equity mutual fund,Fixed income and Systematic Investment Plan sales
  
• Achieve mutual fund sales targets assigned Motivate, train & lead the team towards successful outcomes
  
• Conducting Training for RMs and Investors such as follow:
  
• Investor Awareness Program (Benefits of investment in Mutual funds, etc)
  
• Financials Planning & Asset Allocation
  
• Presentation on Equity & Debt market
  
• Providing Sales strategies, concept, marketing ideas and support to RMs
  
• Maintaining a comprehensive of market trends, investors trends.
  
• Collaborating Regional Manager to develop monthly and yearly business plans which includes marketing innovative, Sales penetration goals.
  
• Maintain Sales Matrices - MIS, Budgets, Activities, Marketing etc.
  
• Recruitment of qualified and quality Relationship Managers for the territory.
  

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  
• Candidate should have a network of existing clients and corporates with a strong relationship.
  
• Detailed understanding and knowledge of the Mutual Fund Industry, Capital Market, and its growth and profitability drivers.
  
• Should have excellent team management skills.
  
• Certification in NISM and CFP is an added advantage.
  
• The candidate will be responsible for generating a lead and taking it to closure by working along with the Operation and Sales backend team.
  
• Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of clients.
  
• Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time.
