Arham Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Corporate Insurance vertical in Hyderabad and is looking for an experienced Team Leader to establish and lead the B2C Corporate Sales team.

This is an opportunity to build a new business vertical from the ground up while leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Hyderabad B2C Corporate team.


• Drive business growth for SME and General Insurance products.


• Recruit, mentor and coach Sales Executives.


• Achieve revenue and business targets.


• Develop relationships with corporate clients and SMEs.


• Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams.


• Monitor team performance and ensure high productivity.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.


• 5–8 years of experience in General Insurance.


• Experience in Insurance Broking preferred.


• Team handling experience is mandatory.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.
