Job Description: Team Member - Collections Strategy | Commercial Vehicles

Grade: M4/M5

 Experience: 3- 4 years of audit experience in retail and know- how of regulatory compliance. 

1. Purpose of Role Own end-to-end collection strategy for the CV CE group Delinquency control, and cost of collections.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Coe (Centre of Excellence) for CV Collections: 

• Providing insights to the loss recovery team on available information of the financial status and property details of the parties to the agreement from the existing CAM.


• Audit and compliance – Updating process and policy as per regulatory. To ensure the process implementation. Ensure 100% compliance with RBI Fair Practices Code, regulatory norms, audit.
