Job Description - Tech Support Engineer - L2

We are currently hiring for the position of System Administrator for one of our esteemed product -based clients. This is a full -time opportunity (direct hire, no third -party involvement).

We are looking for professionals with strong experience in the following areas:

Networking
Outlook configuration
Office 365
Desktop/Windows support
Antivirus management

CISCO certification would be an added advantage.

We are seeking candidates who are available to join immediately or at short notice.

Requirements

Active Directory & Azure AD User and group management, policies, synchronization.
SSO & MFA – Configuration and support using platforms like Azure AD.
IAM Tools – Experience with identity governance platforms (e.g., SailPoint, ManageEngine).
Application Access Management – Integration with ERP, HRMS, and other enterprise systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

5 to 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
