Seeking a customer -focused professional to provide world -class service, handle inquiries, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
â Customer Interaction: Act as the primary customer contact, delivering
exceptional service.
â Inquiry Handling: Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalate issues as needed.
â Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and trends.
â Customer Experience Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements for
customer experience.
â Technical Support: Assist with product setup, troubleshooting, orders, and
returns.
â Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records in the database.
â Post -Purchase Follow -Up: Follow up with customers post -purchase for
satisfaction.
â Reporting: Generate reports on customer satisfaction and improvements.
â Training: Train new customer service representatives if needed.
â Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
â Education: Diploma/ degree in Electrical/ Electronics field preferred
â Experience: Experience in customer service or a related field.
â Skills: Excellent communication, problem -solving, and multitasking skills.
â Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft
Office.
â Mindset: Strong organizational skills and a customer -centric mindset.

â Industry Experience: Industry -related customer service experience.
â Software Knowledge: Knowledge of ticketing systems.
â Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are a plus.
