This role is a senior technical leadership position at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and client advisory within complex enterprise environments. You will define technical direction across multiple projects, ensuring scalable, high-quality, and innovative solutions are delivered in line with business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will translate strategic needs into robust technical roadmaps and delivery plans. The position requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, DevOps specialists, and client stakeholders. You will also play a key role in shaping delivery excellence, mentoring senior talent, and driving engineering best practices across engagements. This is a highly influential role where technical vision, leadership, and business impact come together in a fast-paced, global, remote-first environment.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical leadership across multiple enterprise-level engagements, ensuring successful delivery and strategic alignment.
- Define and drive technical strategy, architecture direction, and engineering standards across multiple projects
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating business goals into scalable technical solutions
- Lead discovery sessions, pre-sales discussions, and solution design activities to shape project direction
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, maintainability, and adherence to timelines and scope
- Identify and manage delivery risks, resource allocation, and project health across concurrent engagements
- Guide and mentor engineering and delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to financial oversight including project performance, resource utilization, and delivery efficiency
- Promote industry thought leadership through engagement with emerging technologies, AI, and modern engineering practices
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in technical leadership roles within complex, distributed, and enterprise-scale environments.
- 15+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, ideally in consulting, SaaS, or digital transformation environments
- Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and modern engineering practices
- Proven experience leading solution design, pre-sales, and client-facing technical discussions
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience leading senior engineering teams and driving technical excellence at scale
- Strong stakeholder management, advisory, and negotiation skills across executive-level interactions
- Hands-on exposure to AI systems, databases, and modern software engineering ecosystems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative mindset aligned with business outcomes
- Experience working in globally distributed or remote-first environments (preferred)
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
