Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) Developer with 5-7 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter development and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Active Workspace development,  customization, Teamcenter configuration, BMIDE, ITK, and UI development. The candidate will work closely with global teams to design, develop, and enhance Teamcenter-based PLM solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Siemens Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) solutions.
Develop and enhance AWC components such as:
Commands
Panels
Tiles
Stylesheets
Command Bars
Locations and Sub-locations
Configure and customize Teamcenter using BMIDE.
Develop server-side customizations using ITK, SOA, and Java.
Create and maintain custom workflows, business rules, handlers, and extensions.
Implement integrations with enterprise applications using SOA/REST APIs.
Develop and migrate AWC declarative framework components.
Work on Teamcenter upgrades, AWC migrations, and UI modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, defect fixing, and deployment activities.
Support Agile development processes and contribute to sprint deliverables.
Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot production issues when required.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, or Industrial PLM domains.
Experience with Teamcenter upgrades and migration projects.
Knowledge of Teamcenter Manufacturing, MBOM, and Process Planning.
Exposure to NX, Creo, CATIA, or other CAD integrations.
Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based deployment models.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.

Nice to Have
Teamcenter Active Workspace Certification.
Siemens Teamcenter Certification.
Experience with Teamcenter 14.x / 2506 and latest AWC versions.
Experience leading small technical teams or modules.
