We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Executive / Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end technology recruitment while building strong relationships with candidates and clients. The role combines IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, client account management, requirement handling, interview coordination, and recruitment closures.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT staffing or recruitment, an established professional network, and the ability to understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates efficiently. Existing client relationships and experience managing active IT hiring accounts will be highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment across multiple technical roles and hiring requirements.
• Understand client requirements, technical job descriptions, skill expectations, experience requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Source qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, availability, and client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future technology requirements.
• Present suitable candidates to clients and manage the submission process effectively.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely follow-ups at every stage.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate offer discussions, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Drive recruitment processes toward successful closures and joining.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and hiring managers.
• Manage assigned client accounts and proactively identify upcoming hiring requirements.
• Support new requirement generation through regular client engagement and account development.
• Maintain accurate candidate, client, pipeline, and recruitment activity records.
• Track interview progress, feedback, offers, joining dates, and closure status.
• Follow up consistently with candidates and clients to minimise drop-offs and improve conversion.
• Support recruitment across permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire positions where required.
• Contribute to improving sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and turnaround times.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, IT staffing, technology hiring, or recruitment consultancy.
• Strong hands-on experience managing end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles and understanding IT technologies, technical job descriptions, and skill requirements.
• Existing relationships with corporate clients, hiring managers, or active client accounts will be an advantage.
• Strong professional network and demonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
• Experience with permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire recruitment is preferred.
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing, coordination, follow-up, and closure skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client requirements and candidates simultaneously.
