Job Description

As TOC Analyst you will be staffing the Mission Control seats at our Technical Operations Center. The team is responsible for monitoring the infrastructure and services delivered to our customers world wide. You will be acting as the second line support solving immediate issues and service requests. This role is a cross team function, working with Application and Infrastructure Engineers, DBAs, customer support and Service Delivery Managers globally.

We are fast paced when it comes to technology and how we evolve our products, so training is important and a natural part of our day to day work alongside the handling of incidents and service requests in a dynamic environment. Above all you driven by your willingness to learn and to contribute to the teams.

Responsibilities



  • Proactively monitor production and pre- production environments

  • Triage, troubleshoot and resolve reported Incidents according to run books and documented processes.

  • Resolve or dispatch service requests assigned to Technology Operations.

  • Attending and Leading daily stand-ups

  • Eventually be part of a 24/7 rota

Qualifications



  • Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support with working experience of Linux, Windows and SQL. Candidate should be good in Linux , scripting and system admin.

  • preferably having a Linux certification and have experience in monitoring tools like Zabbix and Grafanna.

  • Should be willing to work in shift and flexible to adjust the shifts based on the requirements.

  • Experience of working with ITIL.

  • High proficiency in English.

Job Location: ITPL, Whitefield - Bangalore.

Required Experience: 1- 4 years
